The Aire was by the Ardèche river and we liked this place so much that we stayed five nights. The weather turned nice as well which always helps :). We had a couple of very pleasant cycle rides along the Ardèche Gorge, visiting the Caverne du Pont d’Arc (a replica of the Chauvet Cave with its fantastic cave paintings) and also the Pont d’Arc itself (a sort of Durdle Door on steroids). The aire was another site in the CampingCarPark chain which we’ve come across quite a lot in France. About 12€ a night including electricity and a really nice location.
