Potes

We drove around to the other side of Picos de Europa for our next stop. This was another horrible drive along narrow winding roads, frequently meeting oncoming traffic on the wrong side of the road. We only scratched the motorhome twice on the way around but not too badly. We stayed at a campsite about 3K outside the town of Potes. Possibly because we are now less than two hours from Santander about 3/4 of the clientele were had GB or IRL number plates. Potes was a decent little town with riverside walks and lots of tourist shops and tourist buses.
