Windswept coasts, miles of sand, scattering of beach bars, hardly any human habitation, miles of bike paths so plenty for us to do even in the rain, although we did get unpleasantly wet when we went out on the bike and we did spent the best part of one day watching the rain rolling down the windscreen, which means that the clarinet and the paints both were dug from the cupboards. We ate in a fantastic restaurant watching the ships heading up the channel to Antwerp, great food, service and view and it was dry.
