Flat, but surprisingly varied landscape, on our walks and rides we did woodlands, cultivated fields, heather covered meadows, and lakes. It was a really nice area.
We spend a day in Eindhoven, this town grow from 3 small villages merging, the focus of the growth being to Phillips which provides much work in the region. I really liked Eindhoven, it may have been because we arrived on a sunny autumn day , but it has lots of cafes in squares and each cafe was so full we struggled to find an outside table. It gave the town a real buzz.
We came here to see a friend,meet his partner and his two lovely children. and we had a really nice lunch with them.
