Hunstanton

It might only be January but it felt like time we got Bertie off the front lawn where he’s been sat since October and shake the cobwebs off. And there was a pretty strong wind in Hunstanton to blow anything off. We stayed at Searles’ campsite. We used to stay at Searles in a tent many, many years ago but stopped when they got too big and expensive. Off season the price wasn’t too bad (£19 a night including electricity). The price also included the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and it was really quite good. We did the inevitable long walks along the beach and parked on the cliff road looking out at the sea whilst eating fish and chips.
